Apex Joins the Kuehne+Nagel Group and Hence Becomes a Market Leader on the Transpacific RouteApex International Corporation

May 12 2021 – Apex International Corporation (“Apex”) has joined Kuehne+Nagel Group (“Kuehne+Nagel”), following the satisfaction of all closing conditions, including the receipt of unconditional regulatory approvals from the competent authorities. Apex management has retained minority stake, while Kuehne+Nagel has acquired majority shares.
