The second warehouse of Apex Seattle was completed and opened

In August 2022, the second warehouse of Apex Seattle will be officially opened. The new satellite warehouse is located at 20608 87th Ave S. Kent, WA 98031, only 0.5 miles away from Apex's former Seattle warehouse. The opening of the new warehouse will increase the total storage area in Seattle to more than 70,000 square feet, and further increase the operational flexibility of Apex Seattle station, play a synergistic effect, and provide global customers with more efficient and comprehensive warehousing services.

Warehouse facilities and services

The new warehouse in Seattle is about 20 miles from the Port of Seattle. The warehouse is equipped with 13 unloading platforms, which can handle about 500 tons of air freight and 1,000 Teu of sea freight per month. The new warehouse has deployed 47 real-time surveillance cameras with no blind spots, equipped with vehicle license plate recognition and a 24/7 electronic security system to ensure the safety of goods entering and exiting the warehouse while improving service efficiency.

The new warehouse has a temperature-controlled cold storage of 4,000 square feet. Combined with the CCSF and CFS qualifications of the original warehouse in Seattle, Apex can provide services in Seattle including air freight, sea freight, inland/US-Canada cross-border transportation, 3PL warehousing, cold chain logistics, and customs clearance. Various diversified logistics services, including electronics, retail, cross-border e-commerce, auto parts, fresh food and other vertical industries, provide excellent and high-quality cross-border logistics services.

The opening of the new warehouse in Seattle enables Apex to further strengthen the existing air and sea freight service level, and provide more efficient and customized logistics products for different types of customers. At the same time, the ever-increasing network layout and site facilities will also expand the synergy and scale advantages of the Apex Group, and create flexible and diverse supply chain solutions for customers to meet the increasingly diverse cross-border logistics needs.
