Apex Logistics Completes Acquisition of Andes Integración Logística
Santiago, May 1, 2026 –
Apex Logistics International is pleased to announce that the acquisition of the majority shares of Andes Integración Logística has been officially completed.
Following the fulfillment of customary closing conditions and receipt of the required regulatory approvals, Andes Integración Logística is now part of Apex Logistics Group’s expanded network in Latin America. With the transaction officially completed, Andes Integración Logística will begin operating under the Andes by Apex brand, reflecting the shared commitment of both companies to grow together and deliver broader logistics solutions across the region.
This milestone further strengthens Apex’s service capabilities across the Americas, particularly in perishables, cold-chain, and other key industry logistics sectors. Andes will continue to be managed by its experienced leadership team while maintaining its independent operations, supported by Apex’s global network, resources, and solutions.
